1.Payment. We only accept debit or credit cards.
Credit card payments will be charged a 3% transaction fee. The balance
of the booking fee will be taken automatically on the day of your
arrival and will appear on your statement as 'Rye Holiday Homes'.
2.Deposit. For UK bookings a non returnable
deposit of £69.00 is taken on up to a 3 night booking. Bookings of 4
nights or more will require a 50% non returnable deposit. Bookings from
overseas will require a 50% non returnable deposit irrespective of the
duration.
3.Cancellation. If the booking is cancelled 1 week
or more prior to the arrival date no further monies will be due. If the
booking is cancelled within 1 week of your arrival date we will
endeavour to fill the vacancy. However, if we are unsuccessful the
balance of the full amount will be taken from the card provided on the
day you were due to arrive. If you do not arrive on the day you were
expected the full amount will still be taken from the card provided.
4.Confirmation. We confirm all our bookings in
writing or by email. Please read the confirmation details carefully and
contact us immediately if the dates are different to your requirements.
5.Breakages. Any breakages/damage caused by you
will be charged to the card provided by you when booking.
6.Occupancy. This is from 3pm on your
arrival date and to 11am on the day you leave. The number of
persons occupying the room will only be the number stated on your
booking.
7.Pets. We will accept 1 well behaved dog but it
must not be allowed to sit on any of the soft furnishings.
8.Noise. We cannot be held responsible for
any exterior noise made outside of our
premises.
9.Liability. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of
personal belongings or personal injury sustained anywhere on the
property and would recommend any relevant insurance is in place prior to
your occupation.
10.In the unfortunate situation
where there
is a complaint please give us the opportunity to investigate the matter
by calling 01797 229251 or 0771 873 2312.In no circumstances will
compensation be made on complaints made after you have departed and
where we have not been given the opportunity to put the fault right
during your stay.
11.Should the property become unavailable
due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be
given on any money taken.
12.Security. There is a gate (closed after
6pm) and a main front door leading into the private internal alleyway
leading to the studio. These must be closed properly when coming and
going from the studio. You will be held liable for any damage, theft or
any other incident caused by these doors being left open by you or any
other person in your party.
13.The Courtyard Garden. You may use the
courtyard garden up to 11pm at night.
14.Smoking. You may smoke in the courtyard
but not in the studio.
